Customisation and Measurements
We offer customization only on selected products. Only the products showing the option of customization next to them in their product details page are available for further customisations. The customisations happen in the form of colour change, size alteration, and style change as applicable.
We request our shoppers to give accurate measurements for size alterations and consult us in case of any doubts in taking measurements of their child, as a altered/customized order is not valid for any exchange or return. The maximum we ‘may’ be able to do after your receipt of such a product, is further size changes which may be chargeable.
We will not be held responsible for wrong measurements provided by you.

Customised orders may or may not be available on cash on delivery.
If there are any extra charges for customisation then you would be informed prior and only upon your receipt of confirmation / payment will we process the order and initiate customization.
Only after confirmation from our end will such an order be processed. Please contact us again if you do not receive a confirmation email/phone call within 2 days of putting in a customisation request email.
All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
