Return & Exchange
At Babeehive, we stand to offer complete satisfaction to our clients. We put utmost care in delivering our packages. Our apparels go through multiple series of inspection before being shipped, but if you are not happy with the product, we stand to help you.
We accept return/refund on account of store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold, can either be returned for store/account credit or be exchanged for replacement, if the terms and conditions for the same are met. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product at all you can return it for store credit or may at our sole discretion receive a refund in some cases.
The exchange for replacement is usually only possible with a variation of the same product bought in the first place. For example a if customer buys a pink dress of 6-9 months size, he/she can only get it exchange for a different colour or/and different size of the same dress, subject to availability.
In order to exchange the dress for another product altogether, the customer should first return the product ( only possible if it is mentioned so next to the product) and then buy another product against the store credit received for the same.
In order to initiate a return or exchange, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org We shall assist you immediately. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you shall be provided further details.
Either of the above should be done within *3 days of receiving the product (if the option of return/exchange is available for the product). Thereafter, no return or exchange would be accepted.
*3 days of receiving the product = day of receipt + 2 days.
Our reverse pick-up service is available only on select pin codes in India. Hence, in case of return or exchange, the customer will be solely responsible for sending the product to our premises if our pick-up service is not available in their pin code area.
The customer is to dispatch the product to our registered address within 3 days of receipt of the product.
- Products should be returned unused and undamaged. Damaged or worn out products may be sent back to the customer.
- Goods will only be returned in their original packaging.
- No swimwear category products should be tried bare skin. The product may not be exchanged if the protective adhesive strip is removed.
- All custom made orders including orders subject to alteration are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
- In case of exchange, please be mindful that we may only be able to replace it for the same product subject to availability in size or colour.
- In case of exchange for a new product, it is recommended that customer first initiates a return, and then purchases the new product once they have received account credit for the same.
- Shipping charges and cash on delivery charges are not refundable. (in account credit)
- Sharing tracking details of the products sent to us is compulsory for both products sent from within India and outside India. Unidentified exchanges will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- If product(s) returned were originally placed using any kind of promotional offer, then the coupon code/offer would no longer be applicable. Thereby the benefit of the offer will not be included in the exchange.
- In case of a return/exchange/alteration/store credit for an order delivered outside India, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- If the products are lost in transit.
- In case of other unfortunate circumstances, at our discretion.
- Made to order garments.
- Customised garments according to your preferred size.
- Already replaced/exchanged product. A product once exchanged is not valid for any further exchange or replacement.
- Products marked non-returnable or non exchangeable during purchase
The return may be possible in some genuine cases of defect or fault in the product, which would be decided at our sole discretion.
