RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Babeehive, we put utmost care in delivering our packages. Our products go through series of inspection before being shipped but if you are not happy with the product, we stand to help you.
We accept return on account of store credit. Goods once sold, can either be returned for store credit or be exchanged for replacement, only if the terms and conditions for the same are met.
Return and exchange policy varies according to each product. The customer is requested to check return and exchange details mentioned next to the product before placing an order. The exchange is usually possible only in terms of size replacement, subject to availability.
In case a return or exchange needs to be made, the customer should write to us at email@example.com or contact us at 9339448071 within 3 days of receipt of the product. For items eligible for return or exchange, returns will not be accepted if the product is used or damaged after receipt. On receiving the returned product, we will inspect the product to validate the claim at our discretion and only after that a replacement shall be sent or store credit shall be processed.
No return and exchange possible –
- If the order consists of made to order garments
- If the order consists of customised or altered garments
- If there is a no return and exchange policy mentioned next to the product on the website
The return or exchange of the above will only be accepted if the product(s) received have been damaged in transit or have quality defects or an incorrect order has been shipped. In the above cases, the customer is requested to send an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 3 days of receipt, for us to accept the request. In such a contingency case the customer is eligible for a cash refund to bank account or store credit or an exchange according to their discretion, once the claim is validated.
For return/exchange from outside India, no reverse pick up available. Reverse pick up available for only select pin codes within India. In such cases, the customer is requested to send the product to us.
